Tebinbulak 5.0 MTPY Pelletizing Plant – Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Services for Mining Facilities

SamGreen Engineering, in collaboration with NOTAZ, delivered comprehensive multi-disciplinary engineering design for the Tebinbulak iron ore pelletizing plant with a capacity of 5 million tons per year. Our scope included foundation systems, steel structures for equipment, belt conveyors, kilns, and utility supports. The design addressed thermal expansion, seismic resistance, and heavy equipment loads. Leveraging 3D modeling and BIM coordination, we enhanced constructability and execution in remote mining industrial zones, making this a model for iron ore processing plant engineering and structural engineering for mining facilities.
